Just released today on the Lucky Model site, who actually own Kinetic, and I couldn't resist! :D

Kinetic Maxx-Pro MRAP a real modern wheeled beast

So, decided to start a thread here in the GB area for people to add their proposed entries or ask any questions, offer suggestions etc, seperate to the previous "proposal" thread.

Well this shall be definatly be my entry as it's my only wheelie thing bought especially for this GB so no turning back now...

I'm actually looking forward to tackling this one...I wonder is there an after market canopy available for this as I don't think it comes in the kit and I liked the one in the picture that sean posted on the other thread ...I must look in the box!

As its only my 7th or 8th model ever don't expect too much from it :-/

Depending on how long it takes I might make a couple more after that
No longer a SmellyOgre

Barry do this version and you won't need a canopy.

My build will be an Italian Centauro. I might, if financial conditions allow, get an aftermarket gun and I'm looking into crew options

Some great choices so for this GB. I reckon I'll do this:

I'll likely do it as seen recently in the Crimea- that pretty much narrows it down to two paint finishes- Russian Green or standard Russian tri-tone as on the box art. Gonna get it good and muddy too :> !

I was given that as a birthday present this year so I look forward to seeing what you make of it Karl.

Sean- thanks for that link!

Graham- Its a nice kit, I bought it a while ago and its just sat in the stash ever since. This GB is a good excuse to get it built. Hopefully it will go together pretty well.

The secret is sub assemblies Barry. paint them as you go along and then tie it all together with weathering

Pat is right, sub assemblies are the best way to go. Study the build beforehand and see if you can break it down into logical sub assemblies and then take it slow. With three months to work on it you should have plenty of time. Some storage in the back will set if off too. :>

I'l be building the carrier deck tractor from this set.

Judging by the lack of parts and wee scale (even for 1/72), I feel like a bit of an impostor :$ in this GB. Will give it a shot anyway!

It's modern & it's wheeled Dermot....there is no rule about sacle or number of parts so don't feel guilty. Just do it and let us all enjoy watching the build!

You could always finish it in Imperial German WW1 markings!!!!!!!!!!
