Thanks to the generosity of members Filip Servit and Joe Moran who are sponsoring it we have a new award to present at D4 "The Great War Centenary Award” This award is to commemorate the centenary of the Great War (World War 1), and is for any non-aircraft model, including dioramas and vignettes, representing people, soldiers, artillery, armour, vehicles, boats or models of a civilian nature, from the 1914-1918 period. This Award will run until 2018 NOTE: Aircraft and other flying devices from this period are covered in the Cross & Cockade Award.' |
