This will be my contribution to the F&B GB. I had forgotten they were even in the stash.

Now need to find a suitable vehicle to go with them like the Takom SUV or BMW.

I did watch a very interesting documentory on History about the rise of Private Military Contractors and the effect or impact they are having on operations in some areas of the world

Good choice Sean.
Have you got a spare Hi Lux in the stash or what about the Meng Mercedes?

Or you could just have him exiting or entering a doorway

I have the Meng ODA Hi-Lux but I also have a few Legend ODA figures currently on the way from Hong Kong to go with that.

The Meng Merc would also work with these. I also have the Masterbox Palestinian street fighters half-done. Could do these guys coming out a door/gateway with the Palestinians/Arabs around the corner.....great ideas and plans but they all fall down as soon as I try doing a dio base.

But anyway, as I have these and they are unstarted, the PMCs will be my official entry. We'll see how it develops from there....

Just to show I have not forgotten about this GB, the sprues

Posted Image
One sprue with the 4 figures. Nicely molded, very light seam lines.....
And another sprue with packs and pouches.

And 4 small sprues with 4 M4s, lots of accessories and spare magazines and some hand guns in and out of the holsters including empty holsters

Time to start cutting & gluing!

Picked up this set at the nationals:

So added teh father & son to the build of the PMCs. Haven't decided if I'll bother with the "client" figure

Posted Image

And an old set of part done Palestinian street fighters including another kid.

Posted Image

Still not sure how it's all going to come together but if I include enough figures i might actuall manage to finish some of them :)

Sometimes I wonder, why every Middle-Eastern man is depicted as wannabe terrorist. Sure, not everyone is wearing Vietnam era jacket and polished army boots?

Because the set is designed to go with one of their pick-ups, all of which have guns in the back. And maybe he's a freedom fighter, rather than a terrorist? :)

No, I just had a quick look on scalemates and it seems not. Though something like this would work too:

I've never actually seen the whole of 'Harry's Game' but I was also surprised to see yer man Charlie going at it with the AK!

You've certainly got a lot of figures to consider here Sean. The Trumpeter set looks really nice too.
