I would start at the source, wonder if Timoney Bros, have the originals in their archive? I could be mistaken, but I think there's one in Collins Barracks as well as in the National Transport Museum in Howth. NTM are very approachable and will let you get in, close and personal and they have extensive archive on site too, although dealing mostly with civilian transport.

Filip is right there is a Timoney in Howth and in Collins but there is no access in Colin's to do a walk around. Aaron Smith in RB productions might have plans. I did a photo walk around of the one in Howth for the Club newsletter. If you want I can send the photos to you when I get home. If you post the question on the IPMS FB page some of the IMSS guys might see it and be able to help out
