And of course I never took pics of my own. But you can see my UN Landrover and an RG-31 MRAP WiP in the background of some of the shots.

REMINDER!

The next Dublin Chapter meeting is coming up on Saturday 18th July, which is the Saturday AFTER next.....

Normal times will resume - it starts at 11 am and goes on till 1 pm. The venue is, as usual, the Lab in Foley Street (scroll up for directions...)

Bring whatever you wish for a show and tell, and the usual friendly chat about things plastic.
Or simply feel free to drop in and see what is there without any production - no pressure.....

We may decide to go raid some model shops after....watch out Simon (Dasike) and Paul (Walshie)! ;)

Hi all...

Really hoping to make this meeting, just wondering what's the best way to get in? Is there parking anywhere near the Lab, even on-street parking?

Thanks...

Jason

When I park for the meetings, I do it in the Irish Life Centre, as Sean says - just about five minutes' walk away. I'd be a bit nervous of leaving a car on the street in this area (and anyhow the on-street pay and display fees are ridiculous).

Of course, you could park your car in the Red Cow park and ride and LUAS it in - much easier - just get out at the Busaras stop and it's two minutes away.... :-" (That's what I generally do, unless I am bringing in/collecting something big, or going on elsewhere afterwards that requires me to have the car nearby)
