I had promised Gertney do show him some weathering products and techniques. Happy to do it as a short demo if anyone is interested. I'll also be bringing some old builds to use for the demo and for people to try on so others can bring their weathering products & tips along too an we can all get dirty together!

Considering I'm just about to start weathering my T-34, I'd be interested in that demo Sean! :)

Actually, on a slightly different note, I've some of Steve's Value Gear Details stuff for 1:35 that I don't really need (in that I don't have any 1:35 kits!) so I'll bring it along with me for anyone who wants it...

Hi guys,

Can't make this one - caught by family stuff that I can't avoid. Was going to bring my freshly completed Air Corps Seafire too. Sorry Jason but if you PM me I might be able to assist.

Great meeting today in the Lab with 19 modellers at one stage, plenty of models on show and a great demo by Sean Mullarkey on Eathering and Washes

We also had a giveaway of some Valuegear sent over by Mr Valuegear himself and ex stalwart of the Dublin Chapter now relocated to Arizona Steve Munsell

Sorry Simon, I didn't realise that TrooperN was you! I'll send you a PM when I have a few minutes....

That small Silver Spit...what's that? An Irish Mk.IX or CS Air Force machine?

It was a very nice Czech one .Lovely silver metallic finish from Halfords automotive aerosol . I would have expected the grain in the paint to be bigger than 'rivets' but it looked great !
