SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR 2013 It was agreed at the AGM in September that the subscriptions for 2013 would be as follows:- Adult: €20 Junior / Student / OAP: €10 Family: €30 Subscriptions run for a calendar year, from 1st January 2013 till 31st December 2013. If you are already a member of IPMS IRELAND, and your sub expires on 31st December 2012, then you simply need to send on a cheque/money order/postal order, made out to "IPMS Ireland", to either myself or Alan, or alternatively you can pay using the Paypal account (ipmsfourprovinces@hotmail.com), in either case before the end of January. THERE IS NO NEED TO SEND ON A NEW MEMBERSHIP FORM (unless your details have changed). If you are already a member and your sub expires before 31st December 2012, you need to pay the balance for this year as well as the sub for 2013. If you are not a member, but would like to join, then please download the membership form from the website and send it on to me by post to the address provided on the form, with the relevant sub. Anyone joining for the first time from now will only be asked to pay €5 till the end of 2012, plus whatever is the relevant sub for 2013 (as above). Any queries, please feel free to send me on an e-mail to my e-mail address, which is listed on the contacts page on the website. (I'd prefer it if you didn't PM, as I can only log on to the forum when at home). Cheers, Philip Jones, Secretary, IPMS IRELAND. |

REMINDER The subscriptions for 2013 are now overdue. Many thanks to everyone who has responded to my e-mail (and in some cases postal mail) reminders last month. Cards have been distributed to most, and will be sent on this weekend to the few additional people who sent payments that I received this week. Especial thanks to those who renewed without having to be reminded to do so! The Committee appreciates the committment of all those members who have renewed their subscriptions to date. At present, there are 55 members who are fully paid up. However, there are also 52 names on the old membership database who have not renewed, 28 of whose subscriptions ended in 2012. We would really hope that they will renew their memberships. The membership subscriptions are needed to run the club, and in particular to pay for the Irish Nationals. If you have still to pay, please note that you can do so by either sending me on a cheque or postal order, made out to IPMS Ireland (not me!), (my address is on the form, which you can see on the website), or alternatively paying by PayPal. If the latter, I would appreciate an e-mail to that effect, as I have no access directly to the PayPal account. The Committee has decided that, if payment is not made by the end of March, those who are at that stage not up to date wil be removed from the membership list. This means that, if they rejoin in the future, their membership will date from the date of re-joining only. That, in turn, impacts on their ability to vote for the Committee and at the AGM. If you are not currently a member, but would like to join, then please download the membership form from the website (see the post above) and send it on to me by post to the address provided on the form, with the sub for 2013. Many thanks, Philip Jones, Secretary, IPMS IRELAND |

Subscriptions for 2014 Many thanks too all those who have paid their subs for 2014 - that is, all 63 of you to date. If you are seeing this message, and partake of the forum, and if you have not paid up your sub for 2014, please do so as soon as possible, as we need your support in order to run the club's activities (including this forum!) And if you know someone, perhaps who goes to formal or informal meetings of modellers, and who is not a member, please encourage them to join. It's only €20 till the end of 2014, or €10 for juniors or OAP's, and only €30 for a family. If they were a member in 2013, and their details have not changed, then all they need to do to re-join is send the sub to me, at 22 Roseville, Naas, Co Kildare, or else to pay by paypal (ipmsfourprovinces@hotmail.com) and send me an e-mail telling that they have done so (to: philipprenton@eircom.net). And if they are a new member, or have changed details, then all they need to do is download a membership form, fill it in and send it on to me, at that address, with the money. The form is on the website here: http://www.ipmsireland.com/Forms-Downloads/MembershipForm.pdf Many thanks, Philip Edited by Prenton, May 2 2014, 07:12 PM.
