Nice shots, Paul, especially of some of the excellent models in the competition.....

It was great to have natural light for the competition area - made things so much CLEARER!

However, where is the famous "belly shot" of the participants beside the Buccaneer?
(It is up on the IPMS IRELAND facebook page - why not here as well?)

Here are a couple of my own photos, which hopefully will complement yours. Most of mine were taken up in the Upper Room, where the
club displays vied with some of the (smaller) traders, and where the kitswop was coralled into a side room.

Here is a selection of some of the kits in the little room where the kitswop was....

And here is one of the club stalwarts, Pat (and also the winner of BEST OF SHOW!), who ably manned the checkout for the kitswop (by the
look of that newspaper, you weren't exactly run off your feet with punters, it seems!). Thanks anyhow, Pat, for sitting there for over 2 hours!

Inside the Upper Room proper, there were various people gazing with admiration (or something!) at the club tables:-

And there was an opportunity for some chat amongst the modellers standing in the open area between the tables:-

The Upper Room was also used for the prizegiving on the Sunday afternoon. Here is Steve (our Competition Secretary) and Alan (standing in for Simon
Nolan, the Chairman of IPMS Ireland) giving out the prizes:-

As far as I recall, Paul took a number of pics of the prizewinners. Have you got those, Paul, on one of your many cameras?

Paul didn't take this photo, of course, as he was busy collecting the Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in the Rotary Wing Class in the competition:-

That's all I have - come on guys, there must be more pics of this event!
